This recipe is perfect for summer nights, camp-out and power outages. Most people have the basics required to make S’Mores for the kids. This classic campfire dessert consists of graham crackers, melted chocolate, and marshmallows, all melted together to make a gooey, chocolately messy amazing snack.
The perfect variation of this combination is to make a dessert pizza over the grill or campfire, on top of a grilled pizza crust.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 9 full graham crackers (1 package)
- 1 grilled pizza crust
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- One 7-ounce (200g) jar prepared marshmallow cream
Makes: one 12 inch (30cm) S”More’s pizza
1. Put the chocolate chips in a small microwaveable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds to melt the chips, then stir. If they are not melted completely, repeat for 15 seconds at a time until the chocolate chips melt into a thick sauce. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the chocolate thickens.
2. Place 7 of the graham crackers in a thick plastic bag with a sealable top. Crush the crackers with a rolling pin until they become fine crumbs.
3. Brush the grilled side of the pizza crust with the melted butter. Pour the graham cracker crumbs over the buttered crust, smoothing them evenly over the crust with your hand. Add small dollops of the chocolate fudge without spreading. Do the same with the marshmallow cream. The pizza should look checkered, with alternating dollops of chocolate and cream. Break the two remaining graham crackers into 1-inch (2 ½ cm) pieces and scatter them across the pizza.
4. Just…Grill . Before serving, broil it in the oven for up to two minutes, to brown the marshmallow. Watch it closely to avoid burning.
This isn’t a pizza, but it’s an awesome Italian recipe none the less. It’s perfect for date night, family dinners or just to have leftovers.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 1 pound spaghetti
* 1 pound lean ground beef
* 1 cup milk
* 2 eggs, beaten
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 (32 ounce) jar pasta sauce
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
* 1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage
* 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until brown; drain.
4. Beat milk and eggs together until well combined; season with salt and pepper. Place pasta in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour milk mixture evenly over pasta. Pour pasta sauce over that. Distribute beef evenly over pasta sauce and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, minced onion and pepperoni slices. Top with shredded cheese.
5. Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly, 30 minutes.
